The outermost layer of the tooth is called enamel, the hard layer below it is called dentin, and the innermost soft layer is called pulp.
Implant Treatment
In short, dental implants are artificial tooth roots made of titanium and placed in the jawbone in order to restore the function and aesthetics of missing teeth.
Although titanium is a tissue-friendly material, dental implants made of titanium undergo various processes such as roughening and coating with different materials in order to adhere cellularly to the jawbone. After the dental implant is placed in the jawbone, it forms a special bond with the bone and attaches cellularly. When this adhesion is completed (1-6 months), the process of preparing the prosthesis, which we call the superstructure, begins. This stage is like making a crown or bridge on a normal cut tooth.

In our orthodontics department; Treatment applications related to correction of crooked teeth, elimination of incompatibilities in teeth, jaw and face are carried out.
Orthodontic treatments applied by orthodontists (orthodontists) ensure that the jawbone and teeth are placed in the right place and position. Correction of crooked teeth not only provides an important aesthetic gain, but also contributes to oral and dental health.
Why Orthodontics?
It is more difficult to maintain oral hygiene with crooked teeth, and therefore, gingival diseases and caries occur more easily. When there is confusion and the joint relationship is broken, chewing cannot be done completely, and some problems begin in the digestive system. In cases where the lower and upper teeth are not fully compatible with each other, too much load can be placed on the jaw joint or a single tooth, causing painful and difficult-to-treat problems. Aesthetically, incredible changes can be created, especially in some cases.
